Exness Trading App
The setup is install, sign in, pick the account, add symbols, send one small order - in that order. The app reaches the same account as the desktop and the browser, so nothing has to be moved across.
Open Exness Account →Setting up the Exness Trade app is four steps in a fixed order: install it from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with the Personal Area email and password, pick which trading account the app should show, then open a symbol and send a first order. The app reaches the same account as the desktop and the browser, so nothing has to be moved across and the balance is the same one.
Phone setup, in order
Install, sign in, pick the account, add symbols, send one small order. The account number in the header is the check that the install landed where it should.
- Install from the official listing: the App Store on iPhone and iPad, Google Play on Android, free to download.
- Sign in with the Personal Area email and password, then approve two-step verification if it is enabled.
- Pick the account in the header before opening a chart - Standard, Standard Cent, Pro, Raw Spread, Zero and demo accounts all appear in the same list.
- Check the volume field twice on a phone keypad: 0.10 and 1.0 differ by a factor of ten in margin and in pip value.
- Deposits, withdrawal requests and account management all run inside the app, so a request does not need a computer.
- Confirm the first position also shows on desktop or in the browser - if it does, the app is on the right account.
- Requirements: iOS 16 or later, or a recent Android version. Removing and re-installing does not affect the account.
One account, several windows
The app is a second window onto one account, not a second account: a position opened here shows up on desktop and in the browser too. New to the platform? Run the sequence on a demo first.
Open Exness Account →What the app can finish and what it hands back
Deposits, withdrawal requests and account management run inside the app, so a withdrawal can be requested from a phone without opening a computer. Most withdrawals are processed automatically, 24/7 - processing times may vary. Order placement, price alerts and open-position management all work the same way as on desktop.
Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
There is a second official app, Exness Go, which works with Standard and Pro accounts. The Exness Trade app also covers Raw Spread, Zero and demo accounts and can open extra accounts from the phone. Both sign in to the same account, so choosing between them is a question of which account tiers you use, not of which login you have.
Before the first order from a phone
Two checks are worth making on a small screen, because both are easy to get wrong with a thumb. First, confirm the volume field: a phone keypad makes 0.10 and 1.0 look similar, and the difference is a factor of ten in margin and in pip value. Second, confirm which account is selected in the header, because the app remembers the last one used and a demo and a live account look identical once a chart is open.
The app runs on iOS 16 or later and on recent Android versions. Removing and re-installing it does not affect the account: the login belongs to the account rather than to the handset, and the same session continues on a tablet or in a browser afterwards.
Phone setup, in order
- Install from the official store listing: the App Store on iPhone and iPad, Google Play on Android. It is free to download.
- Sign in with the same email and Personal Area password used on the website, and approve two-step verification if it is enabled.
- Choose the account the app should open on. Standard, Standard Cent, Pro, Raw Spread, Zero and demo accounts all appear in the same list.
- Open the symbol list and add what you actually watch. A short list is faster to read on a phone screen than the full tree.
- Send one small order and watch it appear in the open positions tab, so the order path is confirmed before size is added.
- Check that the same position is visible on desktop or in the browser terminal: if it is, the app is connected to the right account.
The app is a second window onto one account, not a second account. Anything opened here also shows up everywhere else.
Phone setup: step, screen, next move
| Step | What the screen shows | Next move |
|---|---|---|
| Install | The official listing in the App Store or Google Play | Open it and go straight to sign-in |
| Sign in | Email, password, then the two-step prompt | Approve with the method already set on the profile |
| Pick account | Every real and demo account on the profile | Select one before opening any chart |
| Add symbols | A search field over the full instrument tree | Keep the watchlist short enough to read on a phone |
| First order | Volume, then Buy or Sell, then open positions | Check the same position on desktop or in the browser |
Requirements: iOS 16 or later, or a recent Android version. The app is free from both stores.
Questions that come up mid-way
What is the first thing to check after installing the app?
Can a withdrawal be requested from the app?
Does the app replace MT4 or MT5?
Which of the two Exness apps should be installed?
