What actually blocks a withdrawal
Three things stop a request, and none of them is the amount. Unfinished verification is the first: the profile has to be through identity checks before funds move out. Committed margin is the second: an open position holds part of the account, so the withdrawable figure is free margin rather than balance.
The third is the account rather than the profile. A profile can hold up to 200 trading accounts, and a request raised against an account that does not hold the money will not find it. Select the account first, then enter the amount, in that order.
After the request is confirmed
Most withdrawals are processed automatically, around the clock - processing times may vary. The request stays visible in the Personal Area while it runs, which is the place to check rather than the trading platform, because the platform reports the trading account and not the payout.
